Yoga
“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”
I owe the person I am to be today to the intimate and committed practice of yoga. With dedication and specificity, I have been able to dive deeply inwards only to resurface transformed; being a beacon of light hoping to guide others back home… My yoga style draws on a series of influences: ashtanga, budokon, prana, rocket, yin, as well as mobility training and pilates. I can customize a practice to suit all your yoga needs.
Breathwork
“Breathe deeply, until sweet air extinguishes the burn of fear in your lungs and every breath is a beautiful refusal to become anything less than infinite.”
Breathing: it is both the first and last thing we do in our lifetime, and its power is infinite. I started doing breathwork as most yogis do; in a pranayama setting weaved in with asana. When I began to do active breathing, I found how medicinal the breath could be. How I could be guided to heal my body, my heart, and my soul. Where I could discover hidden and buried parts of myself that had lodged its way into my life… and that I could finally let it go.
ASTROLOGY
“Astrology has no more useful function than this, to discover the inmost nature of a man and to bring it out into his consciousness, that he may fulfill it according to the law of light.”
I’m a believer of systems. i’m a believer of hard work. i’m a believer of magic.
i lost connection to source at a young age. astrology was my lighthouse in returning to the shores of belief. i use these tools to give myself practical information to reflect, process, and act. a guidance system for creative liberty to dream, imagine, and explore. i hope this gives you as much freedom as it has myself. readings and forecasts are both available.
Sound Bath
“The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind.”
I have personally found that one of the most challenging aspects to find personal peace is quieting the mind. Yoga is a great tools, but often those benefits don't accumulate until well into ones practice. Sound bath meditations have offered me s p a c e. They offer the ability to jump in time, where the drowning of ones thoughts take us to wondrous places. Where I am able to connect with the overwhelming power of creation and Source.
